The More Thorough Searches with Intimate Parts Exposed table presenting data by Apparent Age Group details that 2,446 strip searches, out of a total of 4,286, were conducted in 2021 where the age is unknown or not recorded. This means that in 2021, 57 per cent of strip searches were carried out without an age recorded.
