On 27th June a press release entitled ‘Mayor confirms first steps towards powering Tube with renewable energy’ quoted you as follows: “This first step to powering the Tube network and TfL’s wider operations with 100 percent renewable source electricity is another crucial part of reducing carbon emissions and building a better, greener London for everyone.” Can you confirm that with this plan you are promising Londoners that the Tube will be entirely powered by renewable energy by 2030?
