Do you believe the Infrastructure Levy should be paid upon completion of a development, as the Government are proposing? If councils in London are forced to borrow money to fund infrastructure in the meantime, does this not increase the financial risks?

As part of the Government’s updated planning reforms, Section 106 Agreements are now going to be retained for the largest developments. Do you believe these should be retained for as many developments as possible in London to ensure the necessary supporting infrastructure is funded?
