In your answer to Question No. 2025 / 0398, when I asked if you would encourage the Government to follow President Trump’s lead in banning biological males from competing in women’s sport, you said that you would not “contribute to the ongoing toxic narrative about trans people.” Following the Supreme Court ruling on the 16th April 2025 that the legal definition of a woman is based on biological sex, would you like to take the opportunity to follow the Prime Minister in accepting the Court’s ruling and therefore revisit your answer to my question?
