The Transport for London quarterly performance report Q4 2021/22 contains details on non-permanent labour on page 23, including tables on “Reduction since December 2015” and “Non-permanent labour by length of service”. This information is missing from the Q1, Q2 and Q3 2022/23 reports. Can you explain why this is and commit to re-providing that information in the Q4 2022/23 report and all subsequent reports?

Before the pandemic, you had hugely improved TfL’s finances during your Mayoralty, reducing TfL’s operating deficit by 71 per cent, increasing cash balances by 13 per cent and reducing like for like operating costs. Can you confirm what the a) operating deficit, b) cash balances and c) like for like operating costs were in i) Q4 2015/16, ii) Q3 2019/20 and iii) Q4 2022/23?
