If someone has been stopped by a police officer and searched and answered detailed questions etc. do you think they are ever going to be satisfied about that being conducted in that way?

Surely the central issue here is that the police should be able to exercise possibly more frequent stops and more frequent searches in order to apprehend such criminal activity?

The Youth Offer money and the doubling of youth activities is an opportunity to try to restore some of the quality and the integrity of youth work that has been lost over the years. Is there any programme for making sure there is an evaluation of how the money is spent and whether or not it does meet this criterion of young people being involved?

Isn't there a case for using the fact that there is this very good offer on the table as leverage to restore those facilities? Saying, 'The money won't be there unless the facilities that were cut are restored and then there will be additional money for more facilities'.
