In anticipation of a motion we will be discussing later today, the Terrence Higgins Trust has recommended that we use some TfL advertisement to promote testing for HIV. Siân Berry AM: I want to pick up on the Silvertown Tunnel with the Mayor briefly. Papers from TfL show that the consortium contracted to build and run Silvertown expect to begin actual tunnelling operations in January 2022, so this date basically represents the last moment to stop major works since you cannot actually back these machines back out of the tunnels once you have started to do tunnel works behind them. First of all, I want to congratulate all the stations that have been opened up for Crossrail.
