Léonie Cooper AM: Thank you very much. Chair. I am going to go back to Assembly Member Pidgeon, who a very long time ago talked about devolution of powers. I wonder if I could ask you, Mr Mayor, on retrofit, which we have just been discussing, does the London Mayoralty have enough powers to deal with this?
Question by:Lord Duvall of Woolwich in the Royal Borough of Greenwich OBE
Meeting date:15 March 2024
Len Duvall AM: Thank you very much, Chair. Who do you think the Conservative Government was listening to when during the COVID-19 crisis they tried to take away the concessions pass and also introduce a London-wide congestion scheme? Who do you think they were listening to then when they were doing that? I presume all Conservatives supported that, not just the few in Government.
