The Data Provider (or, where applicable, its licensors) owns the IPR in the Data and the Trade Marks. All rights not expressly granted are reserved to the Data Provider and its licensors and no transfer of ownership of IPR arises or is implied.

The Data or Trade Marks shall not be used in any way that:

• shall or may impair, damage or be detrimental to the reputation or goodwill associated with the Data Provider or the Trade Marks;
• may adversely affect the value of the Trade Marks; or
• may jeopardise or invalidate any registration or application for the Trade Marks.

OS shall ensure that the following acknowledgements are shown in the NUAR Hub in respect of all copies of Data in accordance with any instructions agreed between the parties.

SES Water

All copyright and other intellectual property rights relating to the Data including the Data devised and/or modified by SO or GLA shall be the property of the Data Provider. OS, GLA or any other party shall have no rights thereto except for the licence to use it by this Agreement.

SGN

Thames Water

No permission is granted in respect to the use of the Thames Water trademark without prior written permission of Thames Water.

Tideway

No rights are granted in respect of any of the Data Provider's Trade Marks

Tower Hamlets

All copyrights and other intellectual property rights relating to the Data including the Data devised and/or modified by OS or GLA shall be the property of the Data Provider. OS, GLA or any other party shall have no rights thereto except for the licence to sue it by this Agreement.

UK Power Networks

Electricity network data is provided by UK Power Networks (Operations) Ltd

Virgin Media

Access to this data is subject to the Virgin Media End User Terms

Wandsworth
