Part 1: Non-confidential facts and advice

1.1 The land and property proposed to be acquired is located within the Old Oak regeneration area and therefore forms part of the land assembly required to deliver a comprehensive scheme at Old Oak. OPDC’s approach to land assembly is set out in the Corporation’s Land Assembly and Relocation Strategy, which was approved by the Board in February 2025.
1.2 The strategy covers the governing principles that will apply when engaging owners and occupiers of land and property within the boundary of the area. This decision proposes a further acquisition in line with the organisation’s wider land assembly programme, with further detail outlined in Part 2.
