The Chair of the London Assembly Economy, Culture and Skills Committee, Bassam Mahfouz AM, has written a letter to the Mayor suggesting he could use his influence in a positive way. The letter maintains that where there are major commercial opportunities to generate income for the stadium, the Mayor could help bring partners together, in order to help reach agreement.
