Financial sustainability of the Housing Sector

The London Assembly Housing Committee has written to the Mayor seeking answers on a number of questions that arose during the Committee’s formal investigation into the financial sustainability of the housing sector in London.

The Committee heard from housing providers and housing financial experts to review market trends in housing delivery post-Brexit and post-pandemic, including drops in private housebuilding, and the impact that these have had on housing supply in London.
