Letter to the Mayor
The London Assembly Budget and Performance Committee has written to the Mayor ahead of his final consolidated budget, calling for the Mayor to clarify whether he expects the 1,300 extra neighbourhood officers referenced in his election manifesto to be additional police officers and PCSOs, or officers redeployed from other duties.
