Weight loss jabs in London call out

Have you been prescribed weight loss medication privately or through the NHS? Would you be willing to share your experience publicly with the London Assembly Health Committee about your experience, be it positive, negative or neutral?

The London Assembly Health Committee would like to hear from you to assist their investigation into weight loss medication in London.
