Response to TfL's congestion charge consultation

In a letter, agreed by a majority of the Health and Environment Committee, responding to TfL’s consulation on congestion charging, Assembly Members welcomed the proposal to replace the Greener Vehicle Discount with a new discount based on updated criteria but suggested cars and vans should have to meet Euro 6 standards to qualify, rather than the proposed Euro 5 standards.
