Q&A with the Met

The Police & Crime Committee will hold a question-and-answer session with the Met and the Deputy Mayor for Policing, on the operational demand and financial pressures the prisoner early release scheme is creating for the Met, the handling of investigating high profile individuals, policing and criminal justice, domestic burglary, and 999 call responses. Fly-tipping & Deputy Mayor
Environment Committee – The Chamber, City Hall, Kamal Chunchie Way, 2pm
The Environment Committee will look in more detail at how local boroughs are responding to fly-tipping and illegal dumping in their areas, as well as the overall co-ordination of response in London - including role of the police, the Government and the Mayor. Following the discussion on fly-tipping, the Deputy Mayor will stay on to answer questions from Members on areas relating to progress on key environmental programmes and priorities. The guests are:
