Q&A with the Met
Police and Crime Committee – The Chamber, City Hall, Kamal Chunchie Way, 10am
London has recently experienced a rise in antisemitic incidents and targeted attacks, including against Jewish individuals, synagogues and charities, with the Met recording 140 antisemitic hate crimes in April, compared to 98 in March and 67 in February.
The Police and Crime Committee will meet to question the Met on its response to the recent attacks on the Jewish Community. It will also ask questions regarding the Met’s handling of early Epstein-related allegations and investigations, and what lessons have been learned since.

Savings and efficiencies
GLA Oversight Committee – The Chamber, City Hall, Kamal Chunchie Way, 2pm
The GLA Oversight Committee will meet to receive an update on the GLA’s savings and efficiencies programme, as well as the work of the London Resilience Unit and partnership bodies, and scrutinise how London is preparing for the major risks the city faces.
