Rail transformation
Transport Committee – The Chamber, City Hall, Kamal Chunchie Way, 10.00am
Railways across the country have been disrupted over the last five months by industrial action. Members of three rail unions have taken part in a series of one-day strikes over pay, working conditions and job security. Also, several train operating companies (TOCs) running services into London have this year introduced or announced timetable changes resulting in reduced services for Londoners.
The Transport Committee will investigate several rail issues, with guests:

Former Met Police Commissioner
Police & Crime Committee - The Chamber, City Hall, Kamal Chunchie Way, 10.00am
The Mayor will appear before the London Assembly to answer questions related to the resignation of former Metropolitan Police Commissioner, Dame Cressida Dick. The Police and Crime Committee used its statutory powers to issue a summons notice, requiring Sadiq Khan attend a meeting to discuss the issues raised in the Winsor review.

Mayor’s Transport Strategy
