Biography
Cllr Alessandro Georgiou AM was first elected to Enfield Council in 2014 and has served on the Council ever since. In 2022 he was elected Leader of the Opposition and Conservative Group and is still in that role.
During the 2024 Mayoral and GLA elections Alessandro was elected as a Londonwide Member and serves on the Economy, Budget and Performance and Oversight Committees.
Alessandro has spent his political career fighting for lower taxes, opposing Green Belt development and is a champion against overdevelopment in London.
