Tall Building: Application of London Plan

Please could you provide me with a list by London Borough of cases notified to you since 1 June 2016 as a “tall building”

For each case, please could you provide:

• The name and address of the development
• Th GLA reference
• The height of the building(s) in metres
• Whether stage 1 and stage 2 reports were issued
• Whether the proposed development was explicitly assessed against Policy 7.7 of the London Plan and/or Policy D8 of the Draft London Plan
• Whether the Mayor called-in the application, directed refusal or left the case to Borough
• Whether the tall building complied with the London Plan
