Westway Trust's Application to the High St Fund

I would like to request, under the Freedom of Information Act, information pertaining to the application by the Westway Trust for the mayor's High Street Fund;
in particular, the trust's completed application and the final grant documents themselves, plus any other documents there may be that relate to this matter. Request for Funding Agreement between the GLA and The RB of Kensington & Chelsea regarding the High Street Project at Portobello Road/Thorpe Close.
