Summary of request

Please may i request an up to date list of suppliers, subcontractors and consultants that have or will be involved with the development of Barking Riverside, which is 10,800 residential dwellings and in addition up to 65,600sqm of built floor space for retail uses business premises, hotel, communal care home and other residential institutions, sui generis live work units, community and social facilities for uses such as libraries, primary health care facilities, places of worship and assembly, community facilities, creche and pre-school facilities, care facilities for the young, old and/or inform, sport and leisure development. In addition, development will also provide on secondary school of up to 8 forms of entry. Including ancillary accommodation and facilities plus a sports field up to 14,313 sqm. Additional educational accommodation is also to be provided in the form of an ecology centre of up to 250sqm. In addition a maximum of two multi-storey car parks tp provide 100 spaces in total. Such development to include the remediation of the former Renwick Road, landfill site and power station foundations and the

continuation of the remediation of the remainder of the site. Revised ground contours and development platforms, strategic landscape and works to create new parks, play spaces, promenades piazzas, formal and informal play space laying out of the foul and surface drainage infrastructure and water attenuation new and alteration to existing vehicular and pedestrian access and routes, diversion of existing statutory public footpath no routes, diversion of existing statutory public footpath no 47, works to existing river wall bund and flood defences, alterations to existing T Jetty and coal wharf. Ancillary engineering and other operations.
 
This will include Private Rented Sector / PRS / Build to Rent properties. Bellway has the right to build half of the proposed 10,800 houses.
