FOI - Non-Disclsoure Agreements referencing Boris Johnson

I am requesting information on non-disclosure agreements which make reference to "Boris Johnson". excluding those relating to intellectual property, commercially sensitive information, or those which are part of your standard employment contracts.

 

1. Between 4 May 2008 and 9 May 2016, how many NDAs as defined above make reference to Mr Boris Johnson? By "make reference to" I mean either that Mr Johnson is referenced by name or job title (i.e. as "Mayor") within the text of the NDA, or that he is party to or signatory of, the NDA. 

 

2. For each NDA, please can you provide the following information:  a) Date the agreement was signed;  b) The nature of the issue giving rise to the agreement. This may include - but should not be limited to - a sexual relationship, sexual misconduct, sexual harassment, bullying, allegations of unfair dismissal, and / or complaints raised around professional misconduct. Please provide a summary of the issue;  c) The number of people involved in the agreement;  d) The term (in years) the agreement is binding;  e) The law firm used to draw up the agreement;  f) Details of any monetary compensation paid out to signatories of the NDA, including value (in GBP) of compensation, and whether the compensation was paid out subject to the NDA being signed.
