an you provide details of the affordable tenures Newlon Housing Association are expected to deliver after they became a Strategic Partner in July when
Newlon committed to deliver 60% of their new housing supply as 'affordable' tenures across their developments in London by 2022?
According to a previous FOI Newlon got an initial grant allocation of £5.6m to deliver 200 homes, all for shared ownership or London Living Rent. That number rose to 1,265 in July.
The press didn't report on expected tenures or grant so it would help to have details of both. I gather you have records for the following tenure categories:
a) London Living Rent/Shared Ownership
b) London Affordable Rent or below
c) 'Other' - if there are any 'other' in this case could details be provided for what that means? (eg, 'low cost' rent above LAR; shared equity; sheltered etc)
