It’s come to my attention that companies are failing to interview people over fifty as they’re seen as too old. I found this out from a recruitment consultant and believe that this practise is widespread but hidden under the vail of recruitment professionals.
RE - Board member for London's Child Obesity Taskforce. Could you please let me know what age range the short-listed applicants were for this role?
