FOI - Grenfell Tower Inquiry costs

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I would like to request the following information:

• The total cost incurred by the Mayor of London for the first phase of the Grenfell Tower Inquiry.

(Please note, for the purpose of my query this includes but is not limited to: all preparatory work, and preliminary, procedural, commemoration and evidential oral hearings.)

•  The cost so far incurred by the Mayor of London for the second phase of the inquiry

·         An estimation for total costs to be incurred by the Mayor of London for the second phase of the inquiry.
