FOI - Filming of the Mayor's #PeoplesVote video

Under the Freedom of Information Act, I request the release of the following information:

For the avoidance of doubt - at all times this request refers to the following video published on 16 October 2018: https://mobile.twitter.com/SadiqKhan/status/1052112971462193152

A copy of any guidance issued by the GLA’s monitoring officer to the Mayor of London and his office ahead of the filming of the Mayor’s #PeoplesVote video.

Any costs - such as filming and production, post production, etc - associated with the filming of the #PeoplesVote video.

A copy of any scripts or notices of what would be said in the video, shared with the GLA’s monitoring officer before the filming of the video.

All correspondence received and sent by the GLA’s monitoring officer, the Mayor of London, the Mayor’s Chief of Staff, the Mayoral Director - Policy, the Mayoral Director - Communications, Mayoral Director - External and International Affairs, Mayoral Director - Political and Public Affairs, and the Mayor of London’s Press Office related to the approval, pre-production, production and publication of the #PeoplesVote video.
