Summary of request
Please provide information to the following under the Freedom of Information Act:
1) Are any of the London Assembly members who sat on the Assembly before the May 5 elections this year, but that are now no longer Assembly members after the election, are any of these now former Assembly members entitled to any kind of remuneration settlement due to the fact that they are now no longer members after May 5 (whether that be because they failed to get re-elected, because they stepped down or for any other reason due to their severance from duties).
2) If any are, please list all of the former Assembly members by name, how much funds in total they will receive as a remuneration settlement/severance package and the reason they will receive this - ie what is the remuneration settlement they are receiving called and where in City Hall's internal rules does it state they should receive such a settlement or are entitled to one? If they are entitled to more than one kind of remuneration settlement as a result of no longer being a member, please state what each kind of settlement is called and list them, showing how much each one is worth and when it will be paid.
3) Please also detail how the settlements in the case of each former member are to be paid - so will it be instalments and when (what date/year) are they to receive each instalment or the payment they're entitled to as a whole?
4) Please also detail for each former member whether or not they have decided to accept the settlement.
