Summary of request

The attached screenshot states clearly that I should be able to click a link to a LP policy and download a file of policy comments "linked at the top of the page". I have clicked the link but can find no file of policy comments linked at the top of the page of any policy. Please can you show me how to access comments on LP policies by policy and in pdf form?
