FOI - Chelsea Football Club Redevelopment

Provide copies of all correspondence with the applicant (known as either Chelsea Football Club or Fordstram Ltd) and any of their design team (this could include architect's Lifshutz Davidson Sandilands or Herzog de Meuron, agents AECOM, transport consultants WSP Parsons Brinckerhoff, rights of light consultants Anstey Horne, PR consultants Quatro and others) in relation to the pre-application process and advice. I understand that a pre-application meeting took place with the applicants and the Greater London Authority on 13 August 2014. Please could you provide all correspondence (email and letters) and notes associated with this meeting (whether prepared by GLA officers or the applicant's team). I would be grateful if you could advise if any further meetings took place and provide copies of any correspondence preceding the pre-application meeting and all correspondence following the first meeting between the two parties (the applicants and their team, and the Mayor and his officers). This would include notes or meetings and phone conversations, emails and letters.
