FOI - Boris Johnson and Mayors Fund for London

Dear FOI team,

I am requesting the following information under the Freedom of Information Act:

(i) The dates of any meetings that Mayor Boris Johnson attended in connection with the Mayors Fund for London between 1^st January 2015 to 6^th May 2016.

(ii) A copy of the agenda for all of the above meetings.

(iii) A copy of the minutes for all of the above meetings.

(iv) Copies of any mayoral decision notes provided to Boris Johnson in relation to the Mayors Fund for London.
