Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, it is demanded that the CCTV footage of the incident on the 22 March 2020 be released to the public in order to provide full transparency and clarity of the incident, to provide an explanation as to why charges were not brought forward; as well as provide ease to public unrest surrounding this senseless death.
