Under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act, could you please provide me with the following information, or links to where it is available:
(a) FOIA/EIR statistics for the 2016/17 financial year showing the number of requests received and the numbers complied with within the statutory time limits; and
(b) Any annual or quarterly reports on the authority’s FOIA/EIR performance in the 2016/17 financial year. If reports were produced more frequently (e.g. monthly/weekly) please supply the last two such reports.
We are aware of the Annual FOI Performance reports on your website for previous years. However a report for 2016/17 does not seem to be available, hence this request.
