I am trying to find out who to contact regarding air quality for Tower Bridge Road. The link on your website doesn't work.

I want to know how much the air quality has deteriorated in the last 5 years and most specifically since the introduction of ULEZ. I also want to know the statistics for congestion on Tower Bridge Road - which has got worst year on year
