Date of response:
Summary of request
All correspondence between the GLA / Mayor of London and Southwark Council about planning policy relevant to the Old Kent Road area, including the emerging Southwark Plan and the Old Kent Road Opportunity Area AAP.
I was pleased to receive a response from Paul Robinson (letter dated 15th June 2017 Ref: MGLA120417-9051), with information as requested. Thank you for all your help with that.
I believe that the most recent item in the bundle of information I was sent (in a single pdf with title starting 9051) was an email dated 24th April 2017.
I now make a request for recent correspondence on the same matters, as my previous request (in red above), this time for items more recent than 24th April 2017.
Any discussions that the Mayor’s Design Advisory Group (no longer extant), and / or the current Mayor’s Design Advocates, have had about projects, development proposals, and / or plans, in the London Borough of Southwark.
I would welcome a list of any such items discussed, and would also like fuller details about any reviews / discussions about work regarding the Old Kent Road Opportunity Area (or any part/s of it). I can find nothing online, but have heard in-passing mention of work regarding the OKR area having been reviewed / discussed. Such fuller details should include details of attendees, and any notes taken (or any other records).
Please also let me know whether the meetings held by / with the Mayor’s Design Advisory Board members (in the past), or current Design Advocates, about area specific proposals, are generally open to potentially affected parties. If so, how are those parties identified and notified and / or invited? If they are able to attend then what opportunity are they given to participate in the discussion?
