Under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004, please could you provide copies of the formal and informal pre-application advice provided by the Planning Decisions Unit (and the associated information that they are based), that have been provided to the Durston House School regarding the proposed new school on this site (latest plans attached). Full disclosure is required to allow residents to understand the discussions that have taken place. As the advice is “material” to any determination of any subsequent planning application that will be referred to the Mayor, disclosure is clearly in the public interest.
