A list of all City Hall/GLA and any other staff who accompanied the Mayor to the United States of America. A list of all official meetings he had in the US with public officials, business people and others. A summary of all costs relating to the whole trip, for the Mayor and for any accompanying staff, including: air fares; ground transportation costs; accommodation and subsistence costs; costs of security. If any of these costs are covered other than through public funds, please indicate the source.
