• What are the contractual performance KPI's for this contract?
• Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages
• Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), from the start of the contract to the current date
• Start date & duration of framework/contract?
• Could you please provide a copy of the service/product specification given to all bidders for when this contract was last advertised?
• Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension?
• Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?
• Who is the senior officer outside of procurement (job title) responsible for this contract?

• The contractual performance KPIs milestones for the contract can be found on Schedule 1 (pages 43-44) of the contract linked within the contract notice URL you have shared.

Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages

• There were three suppliers that made submissions at the Declaration of Interest (DOI) stage:
  Good People
  Vercida
  Adecco
   
• Two suppliers made submissions at the Invitation to Tender (ITT) stage:
  Vercida (unsuccessful)
  Good People (successful)
   

Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), from the start of the contract to the current date

• From the start of the contract to the current date, £39,600 has been spent on this contract.

Please note that some names of members of staff are exempt from disclosure under s.40 (Personal information) of the Freedom of Information Act. This information would identify specific employees and as such constitutes personal data which is defined by Article 4(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to mean any information relating to an identified or identifiable living individual. It is considered that disclosure of this information would contravene the first data protection principle under Article 5(1) of GDPR which states that Personal data must be processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner in relation to the data subject.
