- How many cladding remediation contracts in receipt of funding from the Building Safety Fund (BSF) have been awarded to Willmott Dixon Construction or Willmott Dixon Holdings; and,
- out of any contracts that might exist, how many buildings did Willmott Dixon Construction, Willmott Dixon Holding or the firm’s former housing arm – WPHV Limited – originally construct.
Our response
In response to your first request, the GLA has records of one cladding remediation contract that has been awarded to Willmott Dixon Construction. The GLA has no records of cladding remediation contracts awarded to Willmott Dixon Holdings, or to WPHV Limited.
In response to your second request, the GLA does not hold records regarding the original developers or contractors of buildings within the BSF. The Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) works directly with original developers, and associated organisations such as parent companies or subsidiaries, of buildings within the BSF, however I understand from your request that you have already contacted DLUHC and it has advised its records are incomplete.
The GLA administers the government’s Building Safety Fund in London. If information is required in relation to any buildings outside of London, the request should be made to the DLUHC, or to Homes England, who might hold the information respectively
