  • to the GLA about this scheme?
  • to RetrofitWorks?

Our response

There is no tick box for disability in the application form, so these numbers are based on people who are claiming a disability related benefit. This data is correct at 7 June 2023.

Since April 2022:

  • 91 complaints have been made to the GLA (some of these relate to complaints on the same property). 
  • 147 complaints have been made to RetrofitWorks. 

For context, over 1,000 households have had measures installed so far, with over 10,000 applicants to the scheme.
