Follow up to previous request, reference MGLA190423-5321

1. In regards to question 6, can you advise when the GLA heard back from the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ) and tell me when the window applications were re-started or applications unfrozen?
2. In regards to Question 17, the GLA is stating that it is unable to supply me with the name of the companies that are used to install the measures? Do Retrofit not know who installs the measures on their behalf? That sounds very odd to me.
3. Can you confirm that the scheme only allows one measure per household to be funded?

Our response

The GLA received approval by DESNZ on 18 April 2023 to a plan which allowed an extension of time and measures to delivery retrofits under Sustainable Warmth. RetrofitWorks resumed working on window installs on 19 April. 

Please find attached a spreadsheet of installed measures to date and the installer that 
completed this work. This work will be reported in full to the GLA at the end of the 
programme but we have compiled it ahead of time for your request. Please note, this is a 
live programme and this data is correct as of 13 June 2023. 

The programme does not limit the number of measures per property, rather the 
measures need to fall within the grant funding available.
