Our response

RetrofitWorks is our delivery partner for Warmer Homes across London. As delivery partner, they do not receive finance for work specifically in Kensington. 

Installers, such as Golden Globe are not allocated finance for work in Barking. They are 
assigned work across London by RetrofitWorks. 
 
Please see below the list of households per borough who have benefitted from one or more measure across two funding streams within the Warmer Homes programme (correct at 8 June 2023). Please note this is still a live programme and installs are ongoing:

There is not an overall Ombudsman for this programme but each aspect of work has its own authorising body. As per PAS 2030 guidelines, each measure must be certified by the relevant certification body. Each property must also have a Trustmark Certificate of Lodgement at the end.
