Summary of request
I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I would like to request the following information:
-An up-to-date list, including addresses, of all ‘warm banks’ which are run by Greater London Authority
-An up-to-date list, including addresses, of all ‘warm banks’ that Greater London Authority holds information on
By ‘warm bank’ I am referring to a public venue that anyone can visit if they are struggling to heat their home.

Please note, the GLA does not run any ‘warm banks’. London Boroughs have taken the lead in signposting members of the public to warm spaces that they run and support. The GLA has compiled the Borough information on the the Mayor’s Cost of Living Hub where a Warmer Spaces directory has been created. The Mayor’s Cost of Living Hub contains extensive information for Londoners on the support that is available to help ease the pressure of the cost-of-living crisis.
