You can view the NHS data set from which this statistic was taken on the NHS Quality and Outcomes Framework. 

The GLA does not hold data on the share of asthma cases that are caused or exacerbated by pollution specifically from vehicles.

However, in February 2022, the GLA published research commissioned from the Environmental Research Group at Imperial College London that assessed the health impact of current and past air pollution on asthma in London.
