Transport for London (TfL) is the Mayor's transport authority and is responsible for
implementing the Mayor's Transport Strategy, and for the day-to-day operational running of
transport services, including the bus fleet and the design, delivery, and ongoing operation of road user charging schemes such as the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ), Low Emission Zone (LEZ) and Congestion Charge.

TfL publishes quarterly factsheets on the Congestion Charge, LEZ and ULEZ.
The factsheets include the average daily number of vehicles that have entered the relevant zone for a given month, as well as the numbers for chargeable and non-chargeable vehicles.
