FOI - SafeStats (May 2022)

I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information:

You recently sent me the attached FOI, which lists nine datasets that are held on SafeStats.

1. Please could you provide screenshots of any and all datasets held on SafeStats, making sure that column and row headings/categories/labels etc are clearly visible. Where fields have drop-down options, please also detail those. Please note, I do not need the screenshots to include every row of data. E.g. if a dataset shows age, location, crime type - I would only need a to see a few entries. I also understand that you might need to make redactions, although I note the datasets do not hold much identifying data.

Our response:

As per our earlier response I confirm that the GLA holds datasets on SafeStats.

Please find attached a screenshot of one dataset, where 8 columns are visible.

Unfortunately it is not possible to capture the information in a screenshot that shows all headings clearly.

The attached excel sheet shows all data fields and headings in each of the 9 datasets.

To protect personal data, which is exempt under Section 40(2) of the FOIA, please note that the tabs have been populated with dummy data that is fully representative of the outputs for each dataset.
