How much money in total has Sage Housing received in grants from City Hall? Please break this figure down by year.

Our response

The GLA does not hold a complete record of all the homes in London owned by for-profit registered providers. The GLA also does not hold information on the number and value of s.106 homes acquired by Sage Housing in London.

The Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) publishes statistics on housing numbers and providers that may assist with your questions. If you have any further queries related to these statistics, please direct them to the DLUHC.

While the information does not identify for-profit and non-profit registered providers, you can find information on which providers are for-profit here.

You may also wish to get in touch with individual London boroughs who hold information on their wider housing numbers.

Sage Housing can also be contacted directly.

As of 30 May 2022, Sage Housing Limited had not received any GLA grant payments.

The information below summarises the schemes that the GLA hold records of that are being delivered by Sage by borough and the total number of homes.

Please note that this information is not complete as it is based on the information which Sage have uploaded on to our Open Project System and may not capture all the homes which Sage are delivering in London.
