I kindly request any information, guidance, or resources you can provide regarding the rights of staff members during their probationary periods, as well as any relevant changes in the law or company policies that may be in progress or under consideration. Additionally, if there are any avenues through which I can advocate for changes to better protect the rights of probationary staff, please do let me know.
