The GLA does not spend money on PR or social media campaigns promoting Sadiq Khan. The GLA is tasked to communicate the work and priorities of the Mayor of London and the London Assembly, as described here - https://www.london.gov.uk/who-we-are/governance-and-spending/promoting-good-governance/decision-making/mayoral-decisions/md3272-gla-marketing-budget-2024-25.
