Specifically, in relation to PfLP I am requesting information on:

1. where the originally submitted formal evidence from December’21/January ’22 is collated, recorded/listed and accessible;
2. the identity of the consultants who were being appointed to lead the (second) phase of “deliberative events” running from late 2022 to early 2023;
3. the eventual topics and objectives defined for the day events; 
4. progress with the holding of these events with copies of background information/agendas provided for participants. 
5. the basis of recruitment of participants to secure the stipulated representativeness of “London communities” , and the available information about categories of participant in this phase; and
6. the reports prepared (for Plan Team Leader, Mayor’s Office or Assembly/ Committee use) on these events and related work undertaken by consultants/GLA staff on each focal topic; and
7. how these are being followed up in the planned “stakeholder phase” scheduled for this calendar year – of this PfLP work, preparatory to the Integrated Impact Assessment and a new version of the London Plan
